Our social media strategist Kathryn’s marketing experience dates back to 1997 when life for marketers seemed a little more simple. Today there are many more buttons to push and knobs to twiddle, but in reality the fundamentals are the same.

At British Airways Kathryn was brand manager for the Executive Club, defining brand experiences and benefits for the Gold and Premier tiers. A role with Hoyts in Sydney plunged her into the world of what was then called “new media”, where she managed the rebranding of Hoyts.com.au and built an email database that brought people back to the cinema.

Since then, Kathryn’s advice has been sought by organisations like Vue cinemas, Time Out, RBS, Alexander Mann Solutions, Cell Therapy Catapult and Luxury Family Hotels, organisations looking to thrive in an ever-changing digital world.

Kathryn has also taught hundreds of budding and experienced marketeers as a Chartered Institute of Marketing lecturer and as a trainer in social media.
