Susanne is a passionate about building business through combining effective internal engagement with client relationship management. Ask any of her clients and they think the letters CRM are tattooed on her soul. But to Susanne CRM is not just an outward facing ideal. Businesses that expends equal energy on creating a positive internal culture as on managing the relationship with the firm’s clients reap incredible rewards.
Susanne has over 25 years’ experience in working for a wide range of professional services firms as BD Director and also externally as consultant and coach. She has helped many firms and individual partners in both the law and accountancy realise their business development goals through determining their client focus and relationship management plans. Susanne identifies the personnel requirements and the appropriate tools needed to deliver key client and account management success.
She was a mentor for the government Growth Accelerator Programme that helped SMEs and small firms realise their growth potential through CRM.
As well as being part of the Brand Remedy family, she’s also the founder and managing director of her own consultancy PSBD Ltd.
